Good Afternoon everyone. I hope everyone is doing well. I'm Aditya Lamba. And I'm from Narnaul Haryana.
I've joined Mercer in April 2022 and had in person onboarding experience at the DLF office. The onboarding was really
smooth. It was followed by Virtual induction to various departments(getthetechlname)and services working 
around us.Immediately after that we started our bootcamp which was expected to take 6 weeks but there were some problem 
with communication with the trainers and it aws extended. Mostly the problem revolved around the trainer not following 
the schedule religiously. but these problems were addressed asap and Curently we are in the last stages of the bootcamp and are excited to start out Capstone project 
by the end of the next week. Throughout our journey , our manager Mohit and learning partners Chetan and Preethi have 
always been very proactive in making our training as seemless as possible. They have helped us from setting up the bootcamp 
to taking regular feedback to improve our training process. I'm very excited 
about all opportunities that are ahead of us at Mercer. And thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my experience.
