Warranty Conditions for The Sabine 1

1. Warranty Period: The warranty on "The Sabine 1" is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

2. Statutory Warranty: In addition to our manufacturer's warranty, you are always entitled to a statutory warranty, which means that "The Sabine 1" should meet the reasonable expectations you may have of it. This statutory warranty is not limited to the duration of our manufacturer's warranty.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly or disassembly, unauthorized modifications, or damage from natural disasters. The warranty also does not apply if the defect is the result of normal wear and tear, careless use, or maintenance.

5. Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature and cause of the defect, we will either repair or replace the product. This decision will be made by our service team after assessing the defect.

6. Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase.

7. Burden of Proof: For the first twelve (12) months of the warranty period, the burden of proof lies with us. After this period, the buyer must demonstrate that the defect was not caused by improper use.

8. Warranty After 12 Months: Even after 12 months, depending on the expected lifespan of "The Sabine 1", there may still be a statutory warranty. This depends on the reasonable lifespan of the product.
